IDBB Presents Prizes To Hari Raya Promotion Winners

Bandar Seri Begawan – Nine lucky winners received prizes yesterday from the Islamic Development Bank of Brunei (IDBB) for its Hari Raya Special Promotion held in conjunction with the Brunei Grand Sales 2005, which ran from October to November.

Present to give away the prizes was Hj Minorhadi bin Hj Mirhassan, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of IDBB. The ceremony took place at IDBB headquarters, Kiulap.

During the period of the Hari Raya promotion, IDBB gave away hampers and shopping vouchers to participating customers. The promotion included Ar-Rahnu Micro Credit Financing Scheme, Home Improvement & Renovation Financing Scheme and IDBB Islamic Card users.

A lucky winner, Damit bte Hj Narudin, who won a 3G mobile phone, said it was a really nice surprise and she did not expect to win because she had already received the shopping voucher when she applied for the Ar-Rahnu Micro-credit Financing. She said that she had not only obtained financing but received a complimentary shopping voucher and a wonderful gift as welt

After the prize presentation, the winners were treated to some refreshments at the bank.

Ten other lucky winners who participated in the KB Special Promotion from August to December were also announced during the prize giving ceremony.
