Two Still Missing Off Brunei

Bandar Seri Begawan - The whereabouts of the two missing men remain unknown. The search and rescue operation to locate them continues today for the fifth day.

Sopihan bin Haji Tamit, an RBAF personnel and Said bin ChucHu who went for a fishing trip on Sunday were said to have sent a short message service to one of their relatives asking for help following the capsize of their boat.

According to the operation team, the search and rescue operation centred around Jerudong and Muara beaches and coastal waters has not been able to locate them.

However, the search and rescue team located at the Jerudong beach maintains a 24 hour vigil operation.  -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
