CEO Of Yayasan Opens `End Of Year Bazaar'

Bandar Seri Begawan – The 10-day `End of Year Bazaar 2005' is currently being held at the Atrium Hall, The Mall in Gadong. Organised by the Berambang Development and Management under the Transpower Group, the bazaar has seen more than 30 exhibitors participating in it. The bazaar, which begins at 10am, will end this Sunday Dec. 25.

With hundred of visitors flocking to the bazaar, a varieties of jewelleries branded handbags, deco of households, and carpets are showcased.

Present as the guest of honour at the opening ceremony of the bazaar was the Chief Executive Officer ofYayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Dato Paduka Haji Ali Hashim, who officiated the ceremony by cutting the ribbon.

It was witnessed by the official committee members of the Berambang Development and Management.

Also present at the ceremony was the Chairman of the Organising Committee for the Berambang Development and Management, Awg Hj Ismail bin Hj Damit as well as other officers from the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.

The ceremony was highlighted with the presentation of donation amounting to $2,000 to the Yayasan fund of Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah.

The donation was handed over by the Director of Marketing and Corporate Affairs of Berambang Development, Haryantie bte Hj Ismail to the CEO of the foundation.

During the ceremony, the guest of honour also consented to give away certificates to the exhibitors.

Later the guest of honour accompanied by the committee members toured the booths at the Atrium Hall. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
