Fined $1,500 For Sleazy Offence

Bandar Seri Begawan – The Bandar Magistrate's Court yesterday imposed a $1,500 fine or in default one month imprisonment on a Malaysian man who pleaded guilty to loitering for immoral purposes.

The court heard that defendant T.H.Chai, 33, was arrested by a team of police officers from the Gadong Police Headquarters Anti-Vice Unit two days ago with two other men in the vicinity of the PGGMB building in the capital.

The court was told that the defendant admitted to loitering at the said vicinity for immoral purposes in that he offers sexual services for hire to male clients.

The defendant further admitted that he had four male clients ever since he came to this country and was able to collect $90 for his services rendered. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
