Telisai Scout Troop On Camping Trip

Bandar Seri Begawan - A four-day camping trip organised by the Telisai Scout Troop is held near Tumpuan Telisai Primary School field.

According to the secretary of the camping Scout skipper, Moihzharshah bin Hj Othman, the camping trip, which will end today, is held in conjunction with the foundation of 2013, Telisai Scout 2005, The chief guest will be Awg Hj Mohd Zun bin Hj Taj in, Headman of Kg Telisai.

The participants are representatives from different scout associations in the Tutong District. A lot of activities are lined up for the campers.

The camping trip is one of the activities lined up during the school holiday so that the participants would have something beneficial to do.

One of the activities held yesterday was the camping budgeting course. The course was delivered by Skipper Khairul Anuar.

During the activity, the young scouters were taught how to do some simple budgeting prior to organising any camping. At the end of the activity, the groups' leader presented their budgeting and discussions. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
