NDP Appoints New Committee Members

Bandar Seri Begawan - Two bureau meetings were held by the National Development Party (NDP) at the its headquarters in Limbaruh Hijau, Jerudong yesterday morning and afternoon in the efforts to complete the nominations of committee members under each bureau in line with its constitutional needs.

In the first meeting held at the morning, Pg Hj Abu Bakar bin Pg DP Hj Moharnad, the head of Arts, Culture and Heritage Bureau, managed to nominate members to hold the various posts which have not been filled.

He also urged appointed committee members to work hard for the party in its effort to be the development partner to the government.

During the meeting, Zulkiflie Butir was appointed as the Assistant Head 1, Sosonjan Khan AK the Assistant Head 11, Hjh Samsiniah Hj Kefli the secretary, Ahmad Hj Timpus the treasurer and Hj Roslan Hj Khalid as the assistant secretary.

The committee members of the bureau comprise Pg Hj Emran Pg Bugal, Hj Rosh Hj Besar, Hj Maidin Hj Timbang and Abd Halim Hj Jumat.

Khairil Aidit Yasin was appointed as the district's Public Relation Officer for Brunei Muara, Hj Mohd Ali Idj Yusof (KB and Seria), Pg Ismail Pg Hj Ali (KB and Seria), Abd Nasir Hj Ghazali (Tutong), Hj Abd Wahab Nayan (Tutong) and Sahbirin OKK Hj Nordin (Temburong). -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
