BCFA Meets Chinese Embassy Officials

Bandar Seri Begawan - Members of the Brunei-China Friendship Association and officials from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China held a meeting at the Chinese Ambassador's residence to discuss future cooperation and activities, yesterday afternoon.

This is the first time that the first officially elected committee of the Brunei-China Friendship Association met with Miss Yang Yanyi, the Chinese Ambassador.

Present at the meeting were Dr Haji Kamaruddin bin Dato Seri Paduka Haji Talib, President of the Brunei-China Friendship Association, Mr Ang Swee, Chuan, Deputy President of the association as well as officials from the association and the Chinese Embassy

Among issues discussed at the meeting were upcoming activities to celebrate the 1-5t' Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Brunei and the People's Republic of China, next year.
