Kite Warning Issued After Car Accident

Bandar Seri Begawan - Police have advised children playing kites during the school break to exercise extra caution when crossing the road.

The call came following a recent incident in which a child was hit by a car.

The police also revealed cases recorded in the last four days. Overall, 25 accident cases which led to three deaths were recorded.

Meanwhile a white Toyota Corolla was also reported missing. 'A total of 11 theft cases including seven inside -a building were recorded at a flat in Perpindahan Mentiri, at the roadside of Kg. Belimbing Subok, water tank at Mile 5 in Jln Singa Menteri and Lumut bypass. Items stolen were 29 window grilles, two signboards and a measuring scale.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
