B.Mobile And Win Great Prizes

Begawan - Prospective subscribers to new postpaid service of
b.mobile Communications Sdn Bhd (b-mobile), the nation's second mobile
company offering the latest 3G handphone innovations, have until Dec
31 to sign up for an opportunity to win various attractive prices.
Subscribers to postpaid service will
stand a chance to win the amazing prizes of BMW 320, plasma television
and Nokia N90 3G handphone.
B.mobile
is a joint venture company between Telekom Brunei Berhad (TelBru) and
QAF Comserve which was granted the licence in February 2005 to operate
Brunei's first 3G mobile phone service, utilising the W-CDMA
technology.
According to the company, its
mission-is to meet the demands of Brunei Darussalam for mobile
communication by providing innovative and high quality products and
services at a competitive price.
Hence it believes it can be a cost
leader in delivering mobile service at a very affordable price and in
providing rich contents to customers for a whole new experience in
mobile communications.
It is also striving to become the
country's preferred network via the introduction of its own portal,
offering local and international links from news to entertainment as
well as b-mobile's exclusive rights to the English Premier League.
Following its successful trial launch
early July, b.mobile has made a mark in redefining the standards in
Brunei's telecommunications industry, with the introduction of a
variety of price plans for different levels of subscribers.
"Our effort also focuses on expanding
our network connectivity, not only within the Asean region, but also
covering major cities and regions across the globe. Roaming is one of
the key thrusts for b.mobile.
We have also invested heavily in
human resource development and training, to enhance the skill and
knowledge of our employees to cater for these very purpose.
"As part of our strategy to further
increase profitability, we are looking at increasing revenues from
mobile data and advanced broadband and internet services to complement
the revenues from mobile voice," the company said on its website.
