Doa Selamat For Haj Pilgrims

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Ministry of Finance held a "Doa Selamat" ceremony yesterday for 16 officials and staff who will be taking part in this year's Haj pilgrimage in the holy cities of Mecca and Madinah.

Attending the religious event yesterday as guest of honour was Acting Minister of Finance, Pehin Dato Paduka HajiAwangAbdul RahmanbinHj Ibrahim.

As part of the prayer and farewell ceremony, a presentation on the Haj pilgrimage was delivered by Ustaz Hi Mail bin Awang Besar from the Islamic Dakwah Centre.

The ceremony ended with a 'Doa Selamat' read out by the guest speaker.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
