Texas Fever At Shahryza Cafe

Bandar Seri Begawan - Good news for Texan cuisine lovers. Riviera Hotel's Shahryza Cafe in Kuala Belait is offering a Texas buffet night -every Saturday this month.

Located on the second floor, Lot 106, Jalan Sungai in Kuala Belait, Shahryza Cafe aims to provide its guests a whole new dining experience.

"The recipes are 100 per cent Texan," said the cafe's executive chef Mohd Jefri bin Hj Gha7ali, who selected all the ingredients for the themed night.

Appetisers on offer include Aloha Chicken Salad, Grandma's Macaroni Salad, Guacamole and Sirloin Grapefruit Salad, while main course comprises Rainy Day BBQ Chicken, White Fish with Cilantro Pesto, Saute'd Shrimp with Chilli over Linguine, Cowboy Pinto and Crab Cake Texas Style.

One of the must-try desserts, according to the chef, is Coca-Cola Cake and Frosting. The cafe also sets up a food stall for the Texas buffet night, which serves Texan style BBQ roast beef and corn mashed potato.

The buffet is priced at $23.50 per adult and $12 per child, exclusive of 10 per cent service charge per person.

Meanwhile, the cafe is also offering a X'mas Eve and Cowboy New Year's Eve buffet dinners inclusive of novelties and free flow of beverages.
