Fitness Zone Launches Body Challenge Contest

Bandar Seri Begawan - In its bid to develop a health conscious society, Fitness Zone recently launched a body challenge competition at its premises in The Mall, Gadong.

The contest, held over a period of three months, allows contestants to participate in fitness trainings and receive regular measurements such as body mass, body fat and body mass index.

The programme also allows the participants to be regularly assessed by fitness instructors at the health club.

During the three-month period, there will be two training sessions with assigned trainers to record all fitness progress for evaluation.

The winners of the competition will receive two return tickets to Kota Kinabalu inclusive of accommodation. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
