Prospective NDP Members Briefed On Party's Constitution

Bandar Seri Begawan - Some 60 people attended a briefing on the constitution of the National Development Party (NDP) held at Aiana Restaurant at Mile 1, Jalan Tutong last Friday.

The objective was to recruit new party members who will work hard towards national progress to complement the work of His Majesty's Government.

Deputy President of NDP Mahmud Morshidi Othman, in his address, told prospective members to understand the party's constitution before joining.

He also briefed them on the constitution so they could learn about the party's aspirations.

With the formation of two new branches, the party now has two sub-divisions in Belait District, two in Tutong District, two in Temburong District and three in Brunei-Muara District. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
