Royal Greetings To Thailand

Bandar Seri Begawan - His Majesty consented to send congratulatory messages to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the King of Thailand, and Thaksin Shinawatra, the Prime Minister of Thailand, on the Thai king's 78th birthday anniversary.

His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations and deep understanding between Brunei Darussalam and Thailand at the bilateral and Asean levels.

His Majesty hoped the Thai king would always remain in good health and happiness and for the people of Thailand to always enjoy continued progress and prosperity.

In a similar message to Thaksin Shinawatra, the Prime Minister of Thailand, His Majesty congratulated the Thai Prime Minister and the government and people of Thailand on the occasion of the 78th birthday anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

Meanwhile HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister and Foreign Affairs and Trade, sent his deepest respects to His Majesty and the royal family and his warmest congratulations to Dr Kantathi Suphamongkhon, the Thai Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the 78th anniversary of the birthday of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
