Thanksgiving Raya Gathering At Kiarong Primary School

Bandar Seri Begawan - A thanksgiving ceremony for students who had excelled in the recent PSR examination and a Hari Raya gathering with student's parents and guardians were held recently at the Kiarong Primary School.

Present as the chief guest was Cikgu Hj Abdul Aji bin Hj Ishak, Assistant Director (Primary Section) of the Schools Department under the Ministry of Education.

The ceremony was highlighted with the Nasyid, pantomime and Hari Raya songs performance which was followed by the presentation of incentive prizes to the top students.

Also presented were prizes for activities after the PSR exams, prizes for story-telling and Quran reading competitions. Seven students of the school scored 5As while six students scored 4As and I B.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
