Intensive Training For TAIB Personnel

Bandar Seri Begawan - Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (TAIB) recently took the initiative to enroll a second batch of TAIB personnel in the Islamic Team Building Programme, which was facilitated by experienced consultants from Hirah Strategic Advisory Group (HSAG).

The two-day intensive programme for 20 TAIB personnel unfolded at the Empire Hotel and Country Club in Jerudong.

The programme aimed to instill in participants basic Islamic values that can be applied in their work as TAIB's mission is to offer excellent and quality Islamic banking services to all customers based on the Islamic Shari’ah principles.

Besides focusing on the significance of working as a team, the training covered the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical aspects of individuals.

Participants engaged in motivational lectures, strategic games, 'qiamullail' (spiritual activities) and also light physical activities, all of which collectively offered them positive lessons and changes for their own self-improvement.

HSAG expressed hopes the programme would spearhead a positive move towards enhancing TAIB's position as the pioneering Islamic Financial Institution in Brunei, and ensuring the continuous development of a well-knitted team. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
