Royal Greetings To United Arab Emirates

Bandar Seri Begawan - His Majesty the Sultan has consented to send congratulatory messages to Khamtay Siphandone, the President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and Bounnhang Vorachith the Prime Minister of Lao People's Democratic Republic, on the occasion of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

In his message, His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations and deep understanding between Brunei Darussalarn and Lao People's Democratic Republic at the bilateral level and in Asean. His Majesty hopes this would be enhanced in the future for the good of the two countries and peoples.

His Majesty also hopes that Khamtay Siphandone, the President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, would always remain in good health and happiness and for the people of Laos to always enjoy continued progress and prosperity.

In a congratulatory message to Bounnhang Vorachith, the Prime Minister of Lao People's Democratic Republic, His Majesty congratulated the premier and the government and people of Laos on the occasion of the National Day' Anniversary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations long established between the two countries. His Majesty expressed his wish that this would be maintained and enhanced in the future for the mutual benefit of the two countries and peoples.

His Majesty also wished, Bounnhang Vorachith, the Prime Minister of Lao People's Democratic Republic, continued good health and happiness and prosperity for the people of Laos.

In another message, HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, sent his warmest congratulations to Somsavat Lengsavad, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, and to the government and people of Laos on their National Day.

His Royal Highness expressed his appreciation for all the hard work undertaken during Somsavat's chairmanship of the Asean Standing Committee and wishes him much continued success in all his work during the coming year.

In his message, His Majesty said he greatly values the warm and friendly relations and deep understanding that had so long been established between Brunei Darussalam and the United Arab Emirates. His Majesty prays this would be enhanced in the future for the good of the two countries and peoples.

His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations long established between the two countries and peoples. His Majesty prays to Allah for the continued good health and happiness of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and the Ruler of Dubai, and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of the United Arab Emirates.
