JTB Phone Interruptions On Friday

Bandar Seri Begawan - Jabatan Telekom Brunei informed its customers that there will be telephone service interruptions on Friday, December 2, starting from tam until work is completed.

The expected duration of interruption will be about 10 minutes and the service interruption will be due to a software upgrade (SoftX3000) and System Swap, a press release said.

The upgrade and system swap will affect about 78,000 customers except 222XXXX and 224XXXX. Jabatan. Telekom Brunei apologised to its customers for any inconvenience caused. All inquiries can be directed to Customer Care Centre at 111.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
