Anthony Tours holds grand draw

Travel agent's Director, Dato Paduka Hj Mohammad bin Yusof at the grand draw

Anthony Tours & Travel yesterday held its grand draw for its 'Buy and Win' promotion.

Present to conduct the draw was the travel agent's Director, Dato Paduka Hj Mohammad bin Yusof, Managing Director Mr Anthony Lim and Abacus Sales and Marketing Manager Awg Abd Halim Hj Abd Rahman.

The grand prize of one return air ticket to Korea via Singapore went to Chew Chong Bew while Mrs Linawati Sadiran walked away with the second prize of one return air ticket to Korea via Bangkok.

The third prize of a return air ticket to Kuala Lumpur went to Mr Flaviano Estera and the fourth prize of a return air ticket to Singapore went to Lagman Villanueva.

Altogether, a total of eighty-four prizes were offered in the promotion, which was organised in conjunction with the travel agent's 25th anniversary.

Customers purchasing any air tickets from Anthony Tours & Travel from April 19 till Nov 30, 2003 were automatically included in the 'Buy and Win' promotion.

According to a spokesperson from Anthony Tours & Travel, the promotion has attracted a total of nearly 6000 entries.

Among the prizes were a 3D2N stay at the Superior Twin Room of The Elizabeth Hotel in Singapore, a 2D1N stay at the Deluxe Room of the Empire Hotel plus breakfast for 2, electrical appliances and discount vouchers for tour packages.

Other co-sponsors for the Anthony Tours & Travel 'Buy and Win' promotion are Korean Air, Royal Brunei Airlines, Empire Hotel, Global Tour Management Pte Ltd, ABACUS, Baiduri Bank, The Centrepoint, Phoenix Hotel, Abdul Razak Hotel Apartment, Singapore Airlines, Royal Brunei Catering and HSBC Bank.
