Bandar Seri Begawan - HSBC held a Festive road show recently and transformed the Atrium level of The Mall in Gadong into a mini kampong complete with wooden huts and palm trees.

The event gave opportunities for customers and also non-customers to win exciting prizes by participating in the many activities lined up throughout the two days.

One of the activities was "Dip for a Festive catch!" where customers could simply present their credit card receipts and choose a ketupat that is filled with surprises ranging from Sungkai Buffet vouchers at the best restaurants in town to shopping vouchers to credit card rewards points.

"Make a Festive Ketupat" saw about 30 participants putting their ketupat making skills to the test. The fastest person to make a ketupat was Mr. Jamali who was able to make a very

impressive seven ketupats within the six minutes given.

The highlight of the road show was "Guess for a Festive Treat" where everyone had the chance to guess the value of the items that can be found in every supermarket. The items were placed in three carts. The winners were Pg Hj Mahari Pg Ahmad, Hjh Zuriah Hj Hol and Muhammad Azrind Mohd Noor who all went home with a cart full of treats each!

What made the road show more special was that throughout the road show, customers receive Malay kueh and soft drinks all for free just by simply showing their HSBC credit card.
