Thai Delegates Visit Royal Regalia, RTB

Bandar Seri Begawan - Radio Television Brunei (RTB) yesterday welcomed the visit of four senior government delegates from Thailand's Foreign Office and the National Identity Office. The visit was made as part of the 2001 Understanding Programme between Brunei and Thailand.

During the visit, the delegates were brought on a tour to several studios and facilities at Radio Television Brunei. Officers were also on hand to brief the visiting delegates on the history, development and formation of RTB.

Later in the day, the delegates headed to the Historical Centre of the Royal Regalia, where they again heard a briefing by officers at the centre.

On Monday, the delegates - Mrs Sasinand Jamornmarn, Director of Media and Information, Management Division, Foreign Office, PRD; Mrs Ratana Meemanatrakulchai, Senior Information Officer from Foreign Office, PRD; Ms Pannipa Anakesampan Senior Information Officer from Foreign Office, PRD; and Mr Nopporn Boonkaew, Senior Information Office from the National Identity Office - paid a courtesy call to the Prime Minister's Office and also visited Mukim Berakas B.
