Teachers Dance Hi-Lo At SM Sayyidina Umar A1-Khattab

Bandar Seri Begawan - For the past few months, Sayyidina Umar Al-Khattab Secondary School's CCA Department has been holding a health promotion programme.

More than 50 of its teachers recently took part in a 45-minute Hi Lo Dance class to burn extra calories with instructor Romel from Fitness Zone, as well as organisers Cikgu Abd Aziz and Redzuan Botty.

A device called Tanita Body Fat Analysis was also prepared by the gym personnel and used prior to the exercise. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
