Malaysian High Commission To Mark
National Day

Begawan - The High Commission of Malaysia informed in a press
release that in conjunction with the 48th National Day of Malaysia, a
National Day Tahlil Kesyukuran and flag raising ceremony will be
organised for all Malaysians residing in Brunei.
The National Day Tahlil Kesyukuran
will be held at the premises of the Malaysian High Commission, located
at No 61, Simpang 336, Jalan Kebangsaan, Bandar Seri Begawan, on
August 26 at 6.15pm.
Supper will be provided. Meanwhile,
the flag raising ceremony will also be held at the Malaysian High
Commission on August 31 at Sam. Malaysian-style breakfast will be
served, including Milo and Nescafe drinks, after the ceremony.
All Malaysians residing in Brunei are
invited to participate in both events.
As part of the National Day
celebrations, the High Commissioner of Malaysia will be hosting a
National Day reception at the Main Conference Hall, International
Convention Centre, Berakas on August 31, at 7.30pm.
Local dignitaries, members of the
diplomatic corps, senior government officials and prominent local
business leaders are expected to attend the reception.
