Welcome, Toshiba Bravethunders

The Toshiba Bravethunders - champions of last season's Japan Super League - yesterday attended a welcoming reception hosted by Japanese Ambassador Nisaka Yoshinobu at his Jalan Kota Batu residence.

The basketball team - who is currently participating in the 5th Rimula Cup - was also welcomed by staff members of the Japanese Embassy.

The afternoon reception also saw Toshiba Bravethunders Head Coach Mitsunori Kamata presenting a token of appreciation to the Japanese Ambassador.

The basketball team members later engaged in photo opportunities with the ambassador, as well as the staff members and their families.
