RTB religious channel to host quiz programme on Ramadhan

RTB's religious channel, Nur Islam, yesterday signed an agreement with an adventure company, HTH Sdn Bhd, for a quiz programme, 'Cupu Emas' during Ramadhan.

Signing on behalf of HTH was its managing director, Hajah Rosnanie bte Haji Abdul Hamid. Signing on behalf of RTB Nur Islam was Haji Abdul Manap bin Haji Adam.

HTH will provide an Umrah return ticket to the winner of the quiz, which will be held live every week.A question will be provided every Saturday and Sunday during Ramadhan. Callers will discuss a topic provided by the producer each week. Two winners from the first week will be carried forward to the next week.

At the end of the quiz programme, a forum will be held to find one winner who will win the return air ticket. The winner will be announced on Nur Islam.

The religious quiz is being held to get opinions from the public on the popular channel Nur Islam, and to foster knowledgeable, informed and responsible listeners.
