Tutors Religious Teachers Attend Briefing

Tutong - The Training and Development Section as well as the Activities Section of the Tutong Religious Teachers Committee held a briefing session for religious teachers in the Tutong District at the PKN Bukit Beruang Primary School.

The activity was aimed at enhancing the teachers' understanding and expertise in the teaching profession to enable them to achieve better job quality and to be proactive in their field.

The session on work ethics was presented by Haji Jaafar bin Haji Ahmad, Head of Training and Supervision.

He stressed on the values that a teacher must possess -including patience, responsibility, sincerity and good rapport with their students.

Hj Ibrahim bin Hj Abd. Manaf, a training and supervision officer, presented a paper highlighting the many ways of achieving effectiveness in teaching. The briefing ended with the presentation of souvenirs to the presenters. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
