Belait School Students Join Nature Excursion

Bandar Seri Begawan - Students from St John's School recently participated in the Nature Excursion 2005, organised by the Forestry Department, Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources.

The objective was to raise awareness of the importance of preserving nature.

During the event, Genevieve Yew Siew Bee from Form 2 MP outshone fellow participants from 10 other schools and won the Forest Awareness Quiz.

She received a cash prize from Forestry Department officer Dayang Hajah Jamilah bte Haji Abd Jalil. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
