Regional Meet To Enhance Hospital

Begawan - About 350 participants comprising hospital managers
and executives from the Asia-Pacific region including Brunei
Darussalam are expected to attend the 4th Asian Hospital Management
Conference to be held from September 29 to 30.
The conference, the fourth of its
annual series, to be held at the Prince Hotel in Kuala Lumpur will be
hosted for the first time by Malaysia.
According to a news report recently,
participants attending the annual event will be able to sharpen their
skills, increase their expertise and become inspired to provide a
higher level of service excellence to their customers.
Participants will also get a rare
opportunity to network with fellow professionals and hospital
suppliers from all over the region on their own home turf as the event
was previously held in Bangkok and Manila.
The conference is organised by the
Asian Hospital Federation, in co-operation with
the International Hospital
Federation, John Hopkins International, the Association of Private
Hospitals of Malaysia, Vietnam Hospital Association and the National
Association of Health Industry of China.
An integral feature of the conference
is the Asian Hospital Management Awards (AHMA) presentation, which
recognises and honours Asian hospitals for outstanding and innovative
projects, programmes and best practices in the past year.
Meanwhile, a local healthcare
supplier, MC.Quipp Technisell Sdn Bhd is keen and looking forward for
an invitation to participate in the event.
President of the Asian Hospital
Federation, Datuk Dr Ridzwan Bakar said top practitioners and industry
experts from all over the region would update delegates on a full
range of professional solutions that could increase their productivity
