Minister Signs Saudi Condolence Book

Bandar Seri Begawan – The Saudi Embassy in Brunei has opened a book of condolences for the late King Fahd, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the King of Saudi Arabia, who passed away on Monday.

Yesterday the Minister of Religious Affairs, Pehin Dato Dr Ustaz Hj Mohd Zain went to the embassy to extend his condolences on behalf of His Majesty's government.

In a statement the Saudi Ambassador to Brunei, Esam A. Abid Al-Thagafi extended his thanks to the ministers and other Brunei government officials, the heads of mission in Brunei and their deputies, the Arab community and people in the private sector who came to the embassy to extend their sympathies and condolences.
