Value public properties

Photo shows a filthy pond at the Dewan Kemesyarakatan, Tutong. Garbage left by irresponsible people not only tarnishes the clean image of the country, it also indicates public facilities are under-appreciated. Public members are therefore urged to keep from littering public places as well as raise awareness of the importance of valuing facilities built by the government.
