Korean tourists at the Brunei
International Airport.
Over 100 Korean golfers and their
families left Brunei Darussalam last night with smiles on their faces
after a few days of golfing at the Empire Hotel and Country Club.
They were attracted by the
Sultanate's unique feature as a land of unexpected treasures as well
as the growing popularity of the Empire Hotel as a venue for golfing.
The tourists who came fully equipped
with their golf gears were not disappointed with the facilities in
Brunei. They were here also with their families to enjoy the
Sultanate's tranquility and uniqueness as well as to visit places of
attraction under one package.
The golfers and their families were
brought in by Brunei Travel Services Sdn Bhd as the second group of
Korean tourists under their wings.
Awg
Hj Adanan bin Hj Ibrahim, the company's Sales and Marketing Manager
told the Bulletin, more and more Koreans are attracted to Brunei after
hearing about the country from their friends who had visited the
country.
"They are attracted to the facilities
we have such as the seven-star resort hotel, the majestic Empire Hotel
and Country Club," he said
