Eating The Right Food According To
Blood Type Linked To Longevity

Begawan - A health seminar that revealed the secrets of life
longevity through eating the right food in accordance with blood type
was delivered by Dr Sir Michael Williams, a clinical nutrition
specialist at the PGGMB Building in the capital last Sunday afternoon.
Dr Williams who obtained a PhD in
immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, biology and chemistry unlocked
the theory where blood type is the key to the mysteries of health,
disease, longevity, physical vitality and emotional strength.
He said blood type determines
people's susceptibility to illness with regards to which food they
should eat.
"Blood type is a factor in our energy
levels, the efficiency with which we bum calories and our response to
stress.
It is the key to our entire immune
system," he said. He said people can vastly improve their health,
vitality and emotional balance by knowing their blood type and making
diet and lifestyle decisions based on the medically certified results
of an ever-increasing body of genetic and blood type research.
"Subsequently we proceeded to design
and formulate a whole food that is right for every individual
blood-type which is available in the form of a product called Le'
Green Whole Food.
