Certificates For ‘Majlis Ilmu’ Exhibitors

Bandar Seri Begawan - A certificate presentation and appreciation ceremony for the 'Majlis Ilmu' to sponsors and participants of the exhibition was held yesterday at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.

Present as the guest of honour was Dato Paduka Awg Hj Sulaiman B Hj Ismail, the Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office in his capacity as the co-chairman of the steering committee of Majlis Ilmu.

The Convention on Education and Professionalism for Majlis limo is held to mark His Majesty's 59th birthday anniversary.

It is divided into four events: Seminar on Education and Professionalism, Workshop on Academic Translation, Workshop on Islamic Design for Industry, as well p Exhibition on Education and Professionalism which will be held till August 6.

The exhibition features the Pavilion of Brunei, "Balai Kenang-kenangan Al-Marhum Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien", as well as various items from countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Japan, Bangladesh, China and Canada to showcase products relevant to the convention. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
