A Day At Pizza Hut

Bandar Seri Begawan - More than 30 students and teachers from the Bakti Dewa School of Jalan Kebangsaan Lama recently visited Pizza Hut in Gadong.

The visit was aimed at providing the students with first-hand experience in pizza making as part of an innovative approach in the-teaching-learning process.

Mr Billy, the store's manager brought the students for a tour and showed them the actual process of making a Honey Garlic Chicken pizza- one ofPizza Hut's specialties -which was later served to the students.

During the visit, the students also had a chance to prepare the ingredients themselves with assistance from the friendly staff of Pizza Hut.

The group was accompanied by their class advisers, Khartina bte Mohamed, Prisca Andrews, Ustazah Hjh Asiah, Ustazah Salmah and Mr David Santa Monica, the school's principal.

The visit was made merrier with the appearance of a mascot who entertained the students with a dance presentation.

Staff of Pizza Hut also sang a birthday song for one of the students - Abd Izzat bin Anver who coincidentally celebrated his birthday on the day of the visit. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
