Badges And Certificates For Tutong Scouts

Tutong - A presentation ceremony to award badges and certificates to members of the Tutong Scouts Association was recently held at the Muda Hashim Primary School in Bukit Bendera Tutong.

The day commenced with a welcoming speech delivered by Tutong District Scouts Commissioner Awang Burhanuddin bin Haji Md Daud.

Later, warrants were presented to several Assistants of Commissioner and Tutong Scouts Leaders, before guest of honour Haji Moksin bin Hj Abd Kadir handed out the Pengakap Sultan awards, rafting as well as hiking certificates to Tutong District scouts, and certificates of appreciation to facilitators of the Basic Emergency Aid Course.

In addition, there was also a presentation of certificates for the Basic Emergency Aid Course and CPR by Awang Mohammad bin Haji Abdul Hamid, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of PMMPMHAB Tutong Hospital. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
