UBD Language Head At Symposium In Indonesia

Bandar Seri Begawan - Haji Azmi Abdullah, head of the Department of Malay Language and Linguistic at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, has attended an international symposium on Language Research, Literature and Austronesia III Culture at Universitas Udayana in Bali, Indonesia held from August 19 to August 21.

The theme for the symposium was "Language, Literature and Austronesia Culture in the Mid Global Era and Multicultural Dynamic".

A total of 72 working papers were tabled during the symposium.

During the symposium, Haji Azmi Abdullah talked on "Mobiliti Adverbial: Satu Tinjauan Tematisasai dan Struktur Informasi". -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
