Sepak takraw champions honoured

Mukim Pengkalan held a ceremony last Friday night to honour the sepak takraw team who won a tournament for teams representing mukims held in conjunction with the 24th National Day. The gathering took place at the Multi Purpose Hall of Mukim Pengkalan Batu, Taman Mini Perayaan in Kg Parit. Present as the guest of honour was the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Dato Paduka Awang Haji Ishaaq bin Haji Abdullah.
