Vandals at it again By Sham

Virtually all over the country, evidence is clear that vandals could strike anywhere. As this photo shows, a signboard at the Perpindahan Rimba, just outside the capital has been vandalised.

This continuously disappointing misdemeanour is not only an eyesore but more importantly is also costing the government, a substantial amount of money to replace damaged properties.
