SMJA Outing At Bukit Shahbandar

Bandar Seri Begawan - About 50 people comprising students and teachers from the Sekolah Menengah Sultan Muhammad Jamalul-Alam, SMJA held an early morning outing yesterday at the Bukit Shahbandar Recreation Park in Jerudong.

The event started with a short walk around the lake, an aerobic session for warm up followed by a-trekking session up hill.

The main objective of the event was to encourage a healthy lifestyle for students and teachers and to enjoy the surroundings of what Bukit Shahbandar has to offer. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
