Minister Gives Donations To Pudak Residents

Bandar Seri Begawan - Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Dewa Major General (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Haji Mohammad bin Haji Daud yesterday presented donations, in the form of a generator, two lawnmowers and books, to residents of Kampong Pudak.

On hand to receive the contributions was Kampong Pudak chief Awang Haji Sulaiman bin Haji Abdul Hamid.

In addition, the minister also handed out hampers to senior citizens, welfare recipients and special individuals of the village.

Also present at the ceremony were Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Awang HajiAhmad bin Haji Abdul Rahman and other senior officials. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
