Eco-Tourism Heritage Centre Receives Visitors

Bandar Seri Begawan - Fifty people, including children, from the Cultural & Arts Bodies and Bisaya Traditional Heritage, made a visit to Kg Kuala Balai Eco Tourism Heritage Centre recently.

The group was welcomed by the village committee members and Belait natives, accompanied with background music of the traditional gulingtangan.

Upon arrival, the group was given a briefing by the committee chairman, Awang Naweh Ura, and were also entertained with a traditional music performance.

Secretary Dayang Nur Dianah Hj Md Deru said activities for the group during the visit included creating rumbia roofs, basket weaving, sago processing and gulingtangan performance.
