CLMV Officers Visit PSD

Bandar Seri Begawan - Four senior officers from CLMV (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam) who are participating in the 5th Executive Development Programme for Senior Government Officers (EDPSGO) yesterday afternoon made a courtesy call on Awg Sa Bali Abas, Director General of the Public Services Department (PSD), as well as other directors and senior officers at the PSD.

The courtesy call was aimed at getting feedback from the CLMV participants regarding the Development Programme organised by the PSD in cooperation with Universiti Brunei Darussalam and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The CLMV participants are the fifth group participating in the Executive Development Programme sponsored by the Asean Integration Initiative Project, which is aimed at regional cooperation especially in the Human Resources Development.

The CLMV participants consist of Mr Kom Saroeun, Bureau Chief, Asia 1 Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Cambodia; Ms Vilaylack Sandouandeth, Asean Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Lao; Mr Kyaw Saw, Director of the Economic and International Organisation Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Myanmar; and Mr Tran Le Tien, Senior Officer, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vietnam.
