Hospital Launches Nursing Diagnosis Workshop

Bandar Seri Begawan - Ripas hospital organised a Nursing Diagnosis workshop at the Ripas hospital lecture hall yesterday. Some 30 participants from the clinical and ward sections took part in the event.

Present at the workshop were the chairpersons, Dyg Hjh Rostina bte Kifli and Pg Hj Zainal bin Pg Hj Mohd Daud, Dyg Fatimah bte Abdullah, the Acting Principal Nursing Officer (professional and administration), nurses as well as participants of the workshop.

Also present as the guest of honour was Hj Abd Rani bin Hj Mohd Yusof, the Acting Director of Nursing Services of the Ministry of Health. In his opening speech he said that the workshop was important in strengthening nursing practices in general where it can improve and provide more effective and better quality services. The nursing practices should be monitored by the management side apart from those responsible in their own individual section. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
