MTSSR Hosts Inter-VTI Public Speaking Contest

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Language and Communication Department of Sultan Saiful Rijal Technical College (MTSSR) yesterday hosted the 3rd InterVTI Public Speaking Competition at the college's lecture theatre at the Student Resource Centre.

Present as the guest of honour was Acting Director of Technical Education, Ministry of Education Awang Noorhaizamdin bin Haji Mosbi.

The event began with a recital of Surah al-Fatihah, followed by a welcoming address from the organising committee chairperson.

Later, the guest of honour, in his speech, said public speaking skills give the participants a distinct advantage over others in many social situations.
