UBD Holds Multimedia Forum

Bandar Seri Begawan - Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) yesterday held an interactive digital multimedia forum at its Chancellor Hall.

The event began with a recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a welcoming speech from Director of Information Communication Technology Centre Dr Yong Chee Tuan.

A presentation on corporate multimedia was delivered by HAD Technologies, followed by the success story of IM Innovations in Singapore, delivered by its managing director Vincent Ong.

Interactive Digital Centre ASIA Manager Dr Tan Hock Soon, meanwhile, delivered a lecture on interactive digital multimedia, in which he said the forum was an opportunity to promote collaboration among institutions as well as serve as a platform for participants to share experiences. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
