Primary School Launches Geography History Month

Bandar Seri Begawan - Lambak Kanan Primary School yesterday launched its geography and history month, led by Principal Pengiran Hjh Fatimah bte Pengiran Haji Ismail, following the closing of its civic month.

To mark the launch, the word "Asean" was introduced in daily programme "Walking Dictionary".

Among the activities lined up for the month are an exhibition based on the students' projects on geography and history, and an Asean comer.

There will also be a Bakat 49 competition, where students will give five-minute presentations on geography or history during morning assemblies.

A ballot will be carried at the end of the month to determine the winners. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
