Promoting Studies In Malaysian College

Bandar Seri Begawan - A delegation from Islam Darul Ridzuan College delivered a talk at the Hall of Sekolah Ugama Arab Menengah Pengiran Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit yesterday to promote studies in the Malaysian college.

Some 100 students and teachers from Ma'had Islam Brunei, Sekolah Ugama Arab Menengah Pengiran Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit and Sekolah Menengah Arab Laki-Laki Hassanal Bolkiah attended the talk.

Hj Ahmad Husni bin Hasan, Deputy Rector of Islam Darul Ridzuan College, talked on the background and courses offered at the college.

Prior to the presentation, the school principal, Datin Piah binti Hj Mohd Saat gave welcoming remarks for the visiting delegation.

This was followed by a talk on the structure of Arab school's in the country by an officer from the Religious Teaching Department under the Ministry of Religious Affairs

The talk was part of the visit by Islam Darul Ridzuan College to Brunei Darussalam.

The delegation also paid a courtesy call on the Permanent Secretary of Religious Affairs, Dato Paduka Awg Hj Abdul Rahman bin Hj Mohiddin.
