He said KKC represents an approach
to overcome anysetback in the public sector and is one of the most
effective ways to motivate civil servants in increasing productivity
and in enhancing service to the public.
KKC, he said, drives a team
from an organisation to identify any problems within their unit or
department and compels team members to come up with strategies to
overcome the problem.
He said KKC has brought a positive
impact to the civil service since it first started. KKC generates
civil servants who are proactive, responsive, creative and
responsible towards their organisation.
The chairman of the KKC organising
committee, Haji Sahari bin Haji Nassar, said KKC is one of the
Language and Literature Bureau's strategies, in this case, the
Library Section, to instill in them quality service and
simultaneously to encourage healthy competition.
