Registration For Pre-School Now Open

Bandar Seri Begawan - Registration for pre-school at all government primary schools for 2009 is now open. According to the Department of Schools, Ministry of Education, the registration period is between April 1 and June 30 this year.

Registration is only open to children born before January 1, 2004. Parents and guardians can enrol their kids at primary schools that are closest to their residence. However, if the school has reached its full capacity, they would have to be enrolled at other schools.

Three copies of the child's birth certificate (with photos) must be attached to the completed forms. Applicants will also have to bring the original birth certificate for reference. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
