Teachers Learn How To Cope With Stress

Bandar Seri Begawan - Around 70 teachers were taught how to cope with stress yesterday.

The talk, which was held at the library of Rimba Secondary School in Kg Perpindahan Rimba, was conducted by Pengiran Hj Sabtu bin Pengiran Hj Tuah, Nursing Officer from the Department of Psychiatry, RIPAS Hospital.

This is the second time that such a talk has been held in a government school this year.

A similar talk was previously held at PengiranAnak Puteri Hjh Masna Secondary School in Lambak.
